AURORA, Colo. — An apartment fire in Aurora displaced residents from more than 20 units Sunday evening.
Aurora Fire Rescue responded to a fire at an apartment building around 7 p.m. Sunday on the 2100 block of S. Rifle Way.
There were no injuries, but residents from 23 units were displaced due to damage from the fire, smoke and/or water. An additional unit was also deemed uninhabitable, but it was vacant at the time, according to Aurora Fire Rescue.
The Red Cross has been notified and is providing support to those in need.
It is unclear how or where the fire started.
