One person is dead and dozens have been evacuated after a fire near East 14th Avenue and York Street early Monday morning.
Southbound York is closed at East Colfax Avenue.

There are multiple fire trucks, an ambulance and arson investigators in front of the York Street Garden Apartments. There are 37 units in the complex, officials said.
The flames were contained by 5:45 a.m.
