DENVER — Fans of the popular History Channel show American Pickers will have their chance to not only see the show's stars Mike Wolfe and Frank Fritz as they film shows in Colorado, they have a chance to allow the pickers to rummage through their private collections.
According to show producers, the pickers will be in the region in July, although they don't say how long in July the pickers will be in town.
Those unfamiliar with the show likely will have seen Mike and Frank in commercials advertising the show's mission to rescue and recycle forgotten relics. Sometimes, they help find the relics a new home. Other times, they're sold through the pickers' storefront called Antique Archeology.
Thanks to the popularity of the show, the pickers are offered opportunities to pick properties they may not have had access to previously, and they even take suggestions.
Those looking to suggest a property for picking on the show should call 855-OLD-RUST and submit photos to the email address americanpickers@cineflix.com.
Denver7 has yet to learn any of the locations the pickers will be filming, but will report additional details as they become available.
