1. A Colorado woman has accused Kavanaugh of misconduct
Another woman — this time from Boulder, Colorado — has accused U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct. She said it happened when he was a teenager. She's hired high-profile Colorado attorneys to represent her. We're following this story closely and will update it throughout the day.
2. Want a say in the next DPS superintendent?
This is the final week for community meetings. The district is seeking input through these meetings. Here are the dates, times and locations for each of them.
3. About that Phillip Lindsay punch...
Broncos' Lindsay was ejected in Sunday's game against the Ravens after throwing a punch following a fumble recovery. He has since claimed that that was not his character and not who he is.
4. Monday may be DA General Rod Rosenstein's last day
A source to CNN says that Rosenstein is expecting to be fired Monday. Rosenstein's departure would spark questions about the long-term job security of special counsel Robert Mueller. We will update this story as more information becomes available.
