DENVER – Good morning everyone! Here are 5 things you need to know for Tuesday, Aug. 15.

1. Cory Gardner holds 3 town hall meetings Tuesday
The town hall meetings will be held in Colorado Springs, Greeley and Lakewood and are open to the public. More: http://bit.ly/2w7KHNj

2. Council approves $1.8B DIA project
The Denver City Council approved a $1.8 billion plan to revamp the Great Hall at the Denver International Airport. The public-private partnership will update security screening and other areas to account for increase passenger traffic, which has nearly doubled since the airport opened in 1995.

3. New international flight option
Speaking of DIA, you'll be able to fly nonstop from Denver to Calgary, Alberta beginning next year. The service from Westjet begins Mar. 8 with fares starting at $150 one way.

4. Missing man in Arapahoe County
The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office is searching for Tarek Khan, 27, who was last seen Sunday evening. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 230 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He walks with a limp and may curl into a ball when scared.
