1. Lots of traffic crashes this morning
A semi carrying drywall crashed into the E. 64th Avenue bridge on E-470 early Wednesday morning. All southbound lanes were closed in the morning. That's far from the only disturbance on the roads, though. Here's your interactive traffic map.
2. If you didn't win the lottery, you're in luck!
It's not too late to grab your chance at winning $868 million. There was no winner in Tuesday's lottery drawing, so the next drawing is scheduled for Friday. This is the largest Mega Millions jackpot in history.
3. The temperature keeps inching up
Continuing the trend this week, the temperature in Denver will continue getting warmer and warmer each day into the weekend. Here's your full forecast.
4. Did you lose power last night in Denver?
You weren't the only one. About 20,000 people lost power Tuesday evening. Around 8:30 p.m., Xcel Energy had reported at least 130 outages in the area. The largest outage occurred in the neighborhoods around and in Capitol Hill.
5. Arapahoe Basin to open Friday for skiing and snowboarding season
Arapahoe Basin announced Tuesday that it is opening on Friday. This makes it the second ski area in Colorado to open so far this year and the first in the northern half of the state.
