2. Mountain resort said the snow could lead to a strong start to the season
After last year's snow season left skiers and snowboarders high and dry, and resort employees unemployed, Loveland Ski Resort is excited to see snow falling on the mountain. It's much-needed for those mountain towns still recovering from last season.
3. Demaryius Thomas traded to the Houston Texans

4. Search continues for possible missing hiker
Two hikers heard a woman yelling as they explored the 4th of July Trail, west of Nederland. But they couldn't tell if it was a cry for help. This morning, search efforts continue to try to find a possibly missing hiker.
