3. Plea hearing from dancing FBI agent pushed to November
The man who shot a man at a Denver nightclub when his firearm fell from his waistband as he did a flip was scheduled to appear in court Thursday morning. But the hearing was continued to November at the last minute for unknown reasons.
4. Man sentenced to prison after torturing and killing cats

5. Colorado could be a step closer to getting a Hyperloop
