1. Today's biggest news story: Sentencing for Chris Watts

Chris Watts is set to be sentenced Monday morning for the murders of his pregnant wife, Shanann, and their two young daughters after he pleaded guilty this month to the killings that roiled their Frederick community earlier this year. 3. CU fires football coach Mike MacIntyre after sixth straight loss

The was confirmed by CU athletic director Rick George in a press release. Broncos Insider Troy Renck first reported last week that MacIntyre would be parting ways with the university at the end of the season due to the way the team was run over the past two years. A spokesperson for the Buffs said George would name an interim head coach for the final game of the regular season on Nov. 24.

4. Colorado Springs baseball team will reveal its quirky new name
