1. A mother charged in connection to her son's death
Elisha Pankey, 43, was formally charged in connection to the death of her 7-year-old son. The boy was found dead in a Denver storage unit on Dec. 23. Police said the boy could have been killed or died as early as May. Here's what we know.
2. Judge enters not guilty plea on behalf of Jeremy Webster
Webster, 23, is accused of fatally shooting a 13-year-old boy and three others in a road rage incident in Westminster. His attorneys had asked once again for more time to assess the man's health history, but the judge denied the request and entered a not guilty plea on behalf of Webster.
3. Just a smidge breezy today
