1. Vic Fangio moves into the spotlight
If you're not quite sure who Fangio is, you're not alone. He blended into the NFL background for more than 30 seasons as an assistant coach. But after yesterday's announcement that he was hired as the Broncos head coach, he's about to get a lot more attention. 2. State of the State today
The 2019 State of the State is scheduled for 11 a.m. today. Gov. Jared Polis, who was sworn in on Tuesday, is expected to present his legislative agenda and priorities for his time in office. Keep up with the latest by following Denver7 on Facebook and Twitter.

4. These Colorado museums are offering free admission to furloughed employees
More than dozen museums across the state are offering free admission to employees affected by the government shutdown – and some museums are even allowing not only employees, but their families as well, to come along. Here is a list of the participating museums.
