UPDATE (10:57 a.m.): The Colorado Bureau of Investigation says Sparrow Sow has been found safe. The La Plata County Sheriff's Office says she is being returned to her father and that the mother will comply with court orders.

LA PLATA COUNTY, Colo. — A 4-year-old girl is missing out of La Plata County and authorities think she may be with her biological mother.
An investigator with the county sheriff's office told Denver7 that Michelle Lewis, 40, was under court order to relinquish custody of Sparrow Sow, who also goes by Sparrow Lewis.
This alert does not rise to the level of an Amber Alert yet, said an investigator with sheriff's office.
They were last seen around 2 p.m. Wednesday and may be in a Light Blue 1994 Toyota Corolla with Colorado License Placet ZBQ611. Their direction of travel is unknown.

Lewis is described as having brown shoulder-length hair and being 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 230 pounds. She usually wears glasses.
Sow is about 2 feet, 5 inches tall and has her ears pierced. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
