DENVER – Four people were transported to the hospital early Monday morning after a stabbing incident outside the Denver Rescue Mission downtown.
Police arrived at the scene near Park Avenue West and Lawrence Street around 4 a.m. Police say a man, who was accompanied by a woman, stabbed the four victims in the chest.
Police say all four victims suffered non-life threatening injuries.
It’s not known what led up to the stabbing incident. The male suspect was seen fleeing the area on Lawrence Street.
A Denver7 crew captured video of a man being taken into custody in the area, but it’s not known if the arrest was connected to the stabbing.
