Arvada, Colo. -- Police say three people are dead and one other seriously injured in a multiple-vehicle crash in Arvada.
The crash happened near 6100 Ward Rd around 6:15 p.m. Sunday.
A total of seven vehicles were involved: Six cars and a motorcycle.
Police said two people were pronounced dead at the scene and another victim died at the hospital. Another victim was suffering from life-threatening injuries, police said.
Investigators have not released the cause of the crash, but Arvada police said they suspect alcohol may have been involved.
Both directions of Ward Rd between 58th & 62nd were closed for several hours.
Officers have not released the identities of any of the people involved in the crash.
