Three people have been arrested in connection with a shooting outside a Japanese steakhouse in southeast Denver last week.
A man was shot multiple times outside the Benihana at 3295 S. Tamarac Dr. on Thursday, April 28, authorities said. He survived.
The shooting appears to have happened after a crash in the parking lot.
"Witnesses are telling me the Tahoe crashed into two parked cars and that's when guns came into the picture," said Denver7 Photojournalist Adam Stevens.
A gun was left on the ground next to one of the cars hit by the SUV.
Denver Police said they didn't know if the shooter fired into the car or outside of it.
