ARVADA, Colo. – Two units at an Arvada townhome complex were damaged after a fire broke Monday.
The fire started around 2 p.m. near West 64th Avenue and Ward Road in Arvada. The Arvada Fire Department responded with three engines.
A spokesperson for the Arvada Fire Department said crews finally got a handle on the flames around 3 p.m. The extent of the damage is not known.
It's not clear if there were any injuries. However, crews searched the building and did not find anyone inside.
Investigators are looking into the cause of the fire.
