THORNTON, Colo. – One person was killed, and several people were injured after a four-vehicle crash in Thornton Thursday afternoon.
Police in Thornton are investigating the crash that occurred on East 112th Avenue near the Colorado Boulevard intersection.
Details surrounding the crash are not known. However, police say the deceased victim was at fault. It’s not clear how many people were injured or the extent of their injuries.
Aerial footage from AIRTRACKER7 shows a Mustang and another four-door sedan with heavy damage. A pickup truck and an SUV also appear to be involved. The SUV is parked inside a yard.
Police closed off multiple lanes in both directions in the area as they continue their investigation.
