GOLDEN, Colo. -- Jefferson County prosecutors filed new criminal charges against a woman who's accused of working as an unlicensed nurse at an assisted living facility in Evergreen.
Heather Wood, also known as Heather McCray, is already facing charges in Glenwood Springs over a similar set of allegations there.
Wood was arrested by police in Knox City, Texas, nearly two weeks ago on a warrant related to the Glenwood Springs case. She posted bond and was released the next day.

It's still unclear when Wood will return to Colorado to appear in court on either criminal case.
