12-year-old boy in Thornton not seen since Tuesday morning found safe

THORNTON, Colo. – Police need your help to find a 12-year-old boy not seen since Tuesday morning in Thornton.

Everett Montez, 12, was last seen in the area of E. 91st Ave. and Monroe St. Tuesday at 8 a.m., according to the Thornton Police Department.

He is 5-foot-4, weighs 115 pounds and has brown hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and white shoes. Police also said he was carrying a blue backpack.

His disappearance was not being considered suspicious by police.

If you see him, call 911.
