A former teacher has been arrested after an investigation into an incident involving a 17-year-old girl who was his student, according to Louisville police.
Police said Peter Felix Dalby, 40, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful sexual contact by one in a position of trust.
Police said Dalby is a former St. Vrain School District employee. An internet search showed Dalby taught math at Silver Creek High School. Police did not say when Dalby left the school district's employ.
"The alleged incident occurred at a residence in Louisville after Mr. Dalby left employment with the school district," Louisville police said.
Investigators are asking anyone with information about this incident, or any other incidents that may have involved Dalby, to call Detective Corporal Ryan Morris at 303-335-4673.
