LONGMONT, Colo. -- Hygiene Elementary School in Longmont went on lockout for a brief period of time as deputies responded to a domestic violence call involving weapons Thursday afternoon.
Students were let out from school via controlled release but "everything is clear now," according to a spokesperson from the St. Vrain School District.
Boulder County deputies said they had the school on lockout as a precaution.
The lockout delayed bus routes from leaving, but buses have since delivered all students back to their homes, the district spokesperson said.
Deputies did not say if a suspect had been arrested in this incident.
