LAKEWOOD, Colo. -- Officers are investigating a carjacking where shots were fired and one woman was injured, police said.
The incident happened near 5th and Sheridan Wednesday morning around 5:30 a.m.
Police said while it appears shots were fired during the carjacking, the victim was not shot, but she was injured and taken to the hospital.
One suspect has been detained and is being questioned, police told Denver7. Officers said they are looking for two other possible suspects.
