A street sweeper overturned onto Harmony Road in Fort Collins.
It happened near I-25 at 7:15 Wednesday morning.
Denver7 went to the scene, where authorities say the driver out of Commerce City reported that the brakes failed. That's under investigation.
A full load of water spilled from the truck, creating ice on Harmony Road.
No injuries have been reported.
Traffic is getting around the truck.
