An 11-year-old girl walking her dog in a park in Fort Collins was touched inappropriately and held for a short time, police said.
It happened Sunday at Eastside Park.
"The victim was able to get away and notified her family, who contacted police," Fort Collins Police Services said in a news release.
Officers said they arrested a suspect a short time later. Daniel Engilman, 58, was arrested on suspicion of sex assault on a child and false imprisonment.
