Lanes were closed at the intersection of East Horsetooth Road and South College Avenue after a Larimer County Sheriff's vehicle was involved in a crash early Sunday morning.
The hostage negotiation van was westbound when it t-boned a PT Cruiser which was going south on College Avenue.
The crash happened around 7:16 a.m. and there were no serious injuries, according to Kate Kimble a spokesperson for Fort Collins Police Services.
The driver of the PT Cruiser was identified 24-year-old Kathryn Bradley.
Both drivers were transported to Poudre Valley Hospital.

The van was headed to an emergency call and had its lights and sirens active, according to Kimble.
Police were investigating the color of the traffic signals at the time of the crash.
Westbound lanes of East Horsetooth Road were closed between South College Avenue and South Mason Street as Fort Collins Police Services investigated the crash.
Investigators also closed southbound lanes of College from East Monroe Drive to East Horsetooth Road.
All lanes reopened around 1:30 p.m.
The hostage negotiation van was responding to Big Thompson canyon where a man was armed with a gun on the tower at the Dam Store, according to Jered Kramer, a spokesperson for the Larimer County Sheriff's Office.
"The man was observed firing shots in the area," Kramer said.
A Fort Collins Police Services armored vehicle responded to the area and the man surrendered to authorities around 7:50 a.m.
