FORT COLLINS, Colo. -- A five-year-old girl was found safe Friday morning, about five hours after an AMBER Alert was issued.

Officers were issuing a protection order for Annalee Keller, 5, along with a warrant for her mother Lauren Montgomery, aka Lauren Perotti, 30, Thursday night when Perotti fled with her daughter, Fort Collins police said.

Perotti is the non-custodial parent, authorities said.

An AMBER Alert was issued for the pair at 12:13 a.m. Friday. The AMBER Alert was canceled around 5:45 a.m.

Fort Collins police made the announcement that Keller was safe and the suspect was in custody.

Police said Perotti's car was found abandoned on Drake Road in Fort Collins.

Police said Perotti and her daughter were found at 5:32 a.m. in the 1500 block of Casa Grande Boulevard.

Perotti was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping, child abuse and vehicular eluding.
