More than 20 people were left without a home after a building at a Federal Heights apartment complex went up in flames early Sunday afternoon.
The fire was reported at the Lodge on 84th Avenue apartments in the area of Pecos Street and West 84th Avenue at around 12:20 p.m.
Denver7 was not immediately able to confirm if anyone was injured due to this fire. Red Cross officials tweeted hours after the fire that they would be helping out displaced residents at Thrive Church, located at 2820 West 92nd Avenue.

The cause of the fire is also not known at this time.
