Officers are investigating two more cases of vandalism where windows were broken at businesses in the early morning hours.
In the latest cases, two businesses, one in Denver and one in Englewood, had their windows smashed on Tuesday morning around 3:30 a.m. The businesses are a CD store, Angelo's CD's and more, and a salon, Studio 303.
Angelo told Denver7 two kids threw a rock through the front door and went through the register. They didn't get anything because Angel said he doesn't keep cash in the register.
Angelo said he had a break-in at his other store on Colfax last Friday, but nothing was taken.
Police don't believe anything was taken at Studio 303 either. Officers said in both cases, the windows were smashed with rocks.
There were three other cases of vandalism at businesses last week in Denver.
Last Thursday, vandals smashed the glass at Gallery 1505 on South Pearl Street. A witness told Denver7 she thought she heard two guns go off, but it was actually bricks that broke two windows at Gallery 1505. Investigators didn't say if anything was taken.
Last Wednesday, two businesses at 6th Avenue and Lincoln Street were burglarized after their windows were smashed.
