DENVER -- One person is safe, and one person is in custody, after an hours-long standoff in Denver.
Officers told Denver7 they were called to the Parkfield Apartments on Green Valley Ranch Blvd., near Chambers Road, at 2:10 a.m. on a domestic violence report.
Officers said the victim managed to escape, but a man barricaded himself inside an apartment.
The man walked out and was taken into custody at about 7:45 a.m.
