Police suffer highest casualty count since 2013

Last month during the Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood shooting, police officers suffered the highest casualty count in two years. 

One officer was killed and five others were injured -- that's the most in a single incident in the United States in two years.

The last time that many officers were hit by gunfire was in October of 2013, when police and federal agents in Roseville, California, tried to a arrest a man. 

None of those officers were killed.
