A pedestrian was hit and killed in Denver early Monday morning.
Denver police said a box truck hit the pedestrian on the side of the road at Quebec Street and Sand Creek.
The crash happened around 1:30 a.m.
Denver police said the driver stayed at the scene and is cooperating.
Police said the victim was pushing a cart and may have been homeless.
