DENVER -- Denver police are investigating what they believe is a man who stabbed himself after a crash.
Investigators told Denver7 a driver got into an accident and flattened a tire. The man called for a tow truck from 2nd Avenue and Logan Street in Denver.
The tow truck driver thought the man was under the influence and called police.
Officers said when they arrived, they found a man with stab wounds that appeared to be self-inflicted.
The man was taken to the hospital.
Logan was closed between 2nd and 3rd avenues for the investigation.
