Large crowds expected at this year's March for Babies at City Park in Denver on April 22

DENVER -- Premature birth is the leading cause of death among babies in the United States.

It affects about 380,000 families each year. One in 10 babies die each year, statistics show.

The Daddio family visited the Denver7 studios to talk about their experience with premature birth. Katie Daddio gave birth to two children before the 30 week mark.
