DENVER -- Authorities are asking for the public's help to find a wanted sex offender.
Walter Frank Hughes, 49, was convicted of indecent liberties with a child in 2001. Now he's wanted in Denver for failure to register as a sex offender.
Hughes is a white man who is 5'4" tall and weighs about 140 pounds. He has blue eyes and blond hair.
Mug shots show him with several different looks from a goatee to a beard.
Hughes is currently No. 4 on the Colorado Bureau of Investigation's Top 100 Most Wanted Sex Offenders. See the full list, with pictures here.
