DENVER – Thousands of people will gather this weekend for the biggest LGBT+ event in Colorado, but the party is starting way before the weekend arrives.

So if you have friends visiting or just don’t know what to do or where to celebrate being out and proud in Denver before PrideFest, you might want to keep coming back to his page as events start as early as Wednesday.

From everything to parties to drag shows, here’s your Denver Pride guide to sashay it all away!

WEDNESDAY

Melodies of Pride
City Park Pavilion/Bandshell

Join Freedom Winds for their eighth annual free concert in the park to kick off Denver Pride!

Bring the family and your picnic basket to sit out on the lawn as the sun sets behind the joyful sounds of the band. You’ll hear their favorites from throughout their anniversary season, as well as a few special tunes just for “Melodies of Pride.” This year, the group will again feature members of Freedom Youth.

The event starts at 7 p.m. and it is free and open to the public.

Showtunes with Craig C
Gladys: The Nosy Neighbor, 500 Santa Fe Drive

Come sing your heart out with the very best in sing along culture. Like a little classic Broadway hits? Need some Disney favorites? Enjoy Channing Tatum on Lip-sync battle? Want a little Todrick Hall? Craig C has got it all.

The fun starts at 7:30 p.m. and goes all night. The event is $21+.

Women Loving Women Comedy Night
Blush & Blu Denver, 1526 E. Colfax Ave.

Women Loving Women is a comedy night highlighting the hysterical moments that come with loving a woman, no matter where you come from! Come on out and have a laugh. The event starts at 8 p.m.

The event is free of admission.

Tracks Denver official PrideFest kick-off party ft. Manufactured Superstars
Tracks Denver, 3500 Walnut St.

Experience the full spectrum of the rainbow as Tracks Denver presents “PRISMATIC PRIDE – A Journey of Light and Color.” Featured guest Manufactured Superstars will be performing.

Lady Sativa’s Foreplay Cabaret

This is a fresh and unique monthly local charity benefit show with all live performances with drag entertainers, musicians, vocalists, boylesque, belly dancers, stand-up comedy, and much more!

THURSDAY

Denver Gay Professionals 8th Annual Pride Kick Off
X Bar, 629 E. Colfax Ave.

Come celebrate the start of Pride weekend at X Bar with the Denver Gay Professionals during their Pride Kickoff Happy Hour. Buy one get one on all wells, wines and drafts.

Must be 21+ to enter. The event is free of admission. It starts at 3 p.m. and goes until 8 p.m.

Mortified Pride Pre-Show Happy Hour!
Blush & Blu Denver, 1526 E. Colfax Ave.

Come get in the spirit at Blush & Blu with a happy hour drink before the Mortified Live: Pride Edition! at The Oriental Theater. There will be drink specials from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Rainbow Roll – Pride roller skating party ft. A’Keria Davenport
Tracks Denver, 3500 Walnut St.

The party continues at Tracks Denver for Rainbow Roll, an 18+ roller skating party with roller skating at the EXDO Center and performances by RuPaul Drag’s Race Season 11 contestant A’Keria Chanel Davenport at Tracks.

If you’d like to go, you need to sign a waiver before arriving at the door. The event is 18+ to enter but 21+ if you’re going to drink. Doors open at 7 p.m. Find tickets here.

RuPersonations
Mile High Hamburger Mary’s, 1336 E 17th Ave.

Hosted by Jessica L’Whor, Hamburger Mary’s is bringing a special edition of RuPersonations for Pride. A total of 5 queens will impersonate Aja, Kim Chi, Alaska, Lajanga, and Valentina! Come in for some drinks, amazing food and enjoy the music of DJ Dazzle Joe Salas.

The fun starts at 7 p.m. and goes on until 9 p.m. The event is free of charge.

Mortified Live: Pride Edition!
The Oriental Theater, 4335 W. 44th Ave.

Already a hit in over 20 cities worldwide, Mortified stars adults sharing their most angst-ridden teenage diary entries, poems, love letters, artwork, and songs — in front of total strangers. Hailed “a cultural phenomenon” by Newsweek and celebrated for years by This American Life, The Today Show, Entertainment Weekly, and more.

General admission is $16, and all ages are welcome. Buy tickets here.

The event goes from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Balls Deep… Pride in sports
The Triangle Denver, 2036 N. Broadway

Flag football, volleyball, softball and any other balls… whatever you play, the Triangle Denver is throwing a pride weekend kickoff party to celebrate pride in sports.

Come in your jersey for specials and spin the prize wheel for Exotico, Deep Edy and Fireball giveaways. Play giant Pac-man, Jenga, beer pong, cornhole and more or hang out and enjoy the music of Robbie Winehouse.

The athletic fun starts at 9 p.m.

Weirdo: Weider & Gayer Pride with special guest Ursula Major
Gladys: The Nosy Neighbor, 500 Santa Fe Drive

Weirdo is Denver's ongoing underground drag battle. Performers compete each week for a crack at $150. This Special Pride Edition is featuring Special Guest Ursula Major!

There’s also a Throwback Thursday Dance Party which starts at 9 p.m., but the show starts at 10:30 p.m. There is a $3 cover. The event is $21+.

Skivvy Strip Down
Trade, 475 Santa Fe Drive

Trade’s Skivvy Strip Down is a weekly underwear party where exhibitionists and voyeurs come to play. The twist this week? Boomer Banks is coming to town for a birthday bash extravaganza! Resident DJs Keith Demo and DonTron will be serving up some cool beats alongside returning favorite Queen Beats!

There is no price of admission, but the event is 21+. It starts at 9 p.m.

My Gawd Why Not?: Pride Edition
X Bar, 629 E. Colfax Ave.

For Denver Pride 2019, Miss Phitt is bringing a VERY PINK, PRIDE EDITION of My Gawd Why Not, because....MY GAWD WHY NOT?! All of the performers will be donating their booking fees to the Transformative Freedom Fund, along with a portion of bar sales going to the Fund as well. So come out and support local queer artists and the Transformative Freedom Fund during Denver Pride 2019.

The event goes from 10:30 p.m. to 2 a.m.

FRIDAY

Denver Pride Weekend Beer Release: Love at All Cost
Black Shirt Brewing Co., 3719 Walnut St.

To honor a weekend of inclusivity and mutual respect, Black Shirt Brewing Co. is releasing “Love at all Cost” this Pride, a dry-hopped raspberry-passion fruit Berliner Weisse, and they’re putting it on nitro. A $1 from each draft will benefit RANGE Consulting, a program of The Center on Colfax that works to eliminate LGBTQIA+ discrimination in Colorado’s workplaces.

The party begins Friday at 11 a.m. and goes until 10 p.m.

7th Annual Crosswalk Walk Off
Buffalo Exchange, 51 Broadway

The rainbow crosswalk in front of the Buffalo Exchange on Broadway is transformed into a runway for participants to strut their stuff and compete for prizes.

The pre-party begins at 5 p.m., followed by the competition at 6 p.m. The event goes until 8 p.m.

Evolution! Charlie’s Pride Party 2019
Charlie’s Nightclub Denver, 900 E. Colfax Ave.

Join Charlie's Nightclub to celebrate Pride 2019! This year's theme is EVOLUTION! The nightclub promises an epic dance party and delicious cocktails served by their Space Cowboys.

HipChicksOut Pride Kickoff Party

HipChicksOut is Denver’s favorite happy hour for lesbians and their friends, so come on out and celebrate Pride with a cool group of gals!

The party starts at 5 p.m. and ends at 11 p.m. There is no cover fee.

Pride Pasta for Pride Week
Il Posto, 2601 Larimer St.

This Italian restaurant on Larimer Street is celebrating Pride the best way they know how... with pasta!

From June 14 to 21, they’ll offer a Rainbow Tagliatelle Pasta featuring a five-color noodle made with all natural ingredients, goats milk creme, herbs, and crispy prosciutto – all created by their very own Prince of Pasta, Zachary Patz.

A portion of the proceeds from each dish sold (at a price of $20) will benefit One Colorado, the state’s leading advocacy organization dedicated to advancing equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) Coloradans and their families.

Head out there starting Friday at 5 p.m. The event goes until 10 p.m.

Pride Happens Here Block Party
Pride and Swagger, 450 E. 17th Ave.

The folks over at Pride and Swagger have an incredible weekend planned ahead for Pride and best of all? It’s all free!
Organizers will be shutting down half of Pennsylvania St. for a block party with food trucks, live entertainment on their main stage, pride vendors and special events and performances throughout the whole weekend.

On Friday, starting at 6 p.m., Pride and Swagger will have rotating DJ sets through the night with special guest DJs Goose and Stache It.

Paint Your PRIDE
The ART, a hotel, 1201 Broadway

Find your flame at FIRE and ignite your PRIDE festivities! The ART invites you to an evening of drag, drinks, and dancing to get you in the spirit for the most colorful weekend in Denver. For a royal treat, enjoy some of the city's hottest queens as they grace the stage for an ARTistic drag show, featuring DJ Leslie Van Stelten and hosted by Michael Garcia.

Your ticket includes access to the show, a welcome cocktail by Keel Vodka, complimentary valet, and music entertainment on the Terrace, but most of all... a great time!

Pride Night with the Colorado Rockies

Come kick off Denver Pride with the Colorado Rockies as they take on the San Diego Padres! A portion of each ticket sold benefits One Colorado’s advocacy work.

Official Women’s PRIDE Party – “Holographic”
Tracks Denver, 3500 Walnut St.

Babes Around Denver will be hosting the official Women’s Pride Party at Tracks this year. The Women’s Party theme is “Holographic” and there will be aerial, acrobatic, dance, drag and other performances to make the 50th anniversary of the LGBT+ civil rights movement.

Must be 21+ to enter. Doors open at 7 p.m. There’s a $10 cover fee from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., and that goes up to $12 from 10 p.m. to closing time.

Drag Nation PRIDE 2019 – Kaleidoscope
Tracks Denver, 3500 Walnut St.

If all you’re looking for is a show and nothing more, then head out to Drag Nation, hosted by RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 11 winner and Denver native Yvie Oddly at the EXDO Event Center.

An amazing cast will put on a show unlike any other, featuring Vanessa “Vanjie” Mateo, Yvie Oddly, and Silky Nutmeg Ganache – queens who’ve made a name or themselves by gracing the stage for RuPaul’s Drag Race.

Denver Pride Kickoff Party

Urban Peak is hosting a Denver Pride Kickoff Party and asks that you bring donations to help youth experiencing homelessness.

Pride XL 2.0 /// Official One Colorado Pride Night After Party

Pride XL returns to Denver with an even bigger line up including resident DJ Sinna-G, superstar DJ/Producer duo Grind & Toy Armada, DJ/producer superstar Alyson Calagna Underground and dancers from around the U.S. to celebrate the start of Pride.

Get wet and wild at Trade’s PRIDE Foam Party on their extended patio. Resident DJs Craig C and Dirty Diesel will provide the music alongside one DJ Housewife! You’re encouraged to bring a swimsuit.

Starfish Gayer Pride

Gladys, in conjunction with Buffalo Exchange, is proud to present Starfish: Gayer Pride with DJ Garth of San Francisco’s Wicked crew, who will provide his signature soundtrack of party rockin’ vintage and future funk mixed, as ever on 100% vinyl.

It all starts at 9 p.m. The event is 21+. There’s a $5 price of admission at the door.

Furrocious Fridays at Denver Sweet

Join the guys over at Denver Sweet for Furrocious Fridays. Resident DJ Zac’ Reclipze will be spinning the hottest dance music.

QueerGirl Denver Pride Party
Your Mom’s House, 608 E. 13th Ave.

QueerGirl will be throwing the biggest parties in cities across the U.S., teaming up with top-talent within the queer-female community. DJs, dancers, influencers and more! This event is geared toward queer women, but organizers are 100% inclusive of the entire LGBTQIA+ & heterosexual community!

Doors open at 9 p.m., but you are asked to get there early. Advanced tickets are $15; $20 at the door. Get tickets here. This event is 21+ only.

SATURDAY

Pride 5K
Colorado State Capitol, 200 E. Colfax Ave.

Run, walk, roll or sashay – it’s time for the Pride 5K! This race is a FUNdraiser for The Center on Colfax’s programs and services for Colorado’s LGBTQ community.

Registration includes a t-shirt and goodie bag for every participant, and prizes are given out for top finishers and best costumes. This is an officially-timed race with professional photos available after the event.

It starts at 9:30 a.m. at the Colorado State Capitol.

Denver PrideFest
Civic Center Park

The biggest event for the LGBT+ community in Denver is happening Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Civic Center Park.

The family-friendly event will feature live entertainment in three stages, more than 250+ exhibitors, an array of food and drink vendors, and much more. Check out how’ll be performing this year by clicking here.

Love+Pride Yoga Flow

Join professional yogis for an all levels, all ages flow in Mayfair Park to celebrate Denver Pride. Please bring a mat, water and sunscreen.

You are asked to sign up so organizers have a good count of attendees. The practice starts at 11 a.m. and ends at 1 p.m.

Taste a new IPA that supports the LGBT community
Goldspot Brewing, 4970 Lowell Blvd.

If you’re looking for a drink and to support a good cause, head to Goldspot Brewing to try their new Guava IPA, a 5.2% ABV 70 IBU beer brewed in honor of Pride. In celebration of Pride, the brewing company will be donating $1 of every pint sold to One Colorado.

Brunch & Bust
Daddy’s Bar & Grill Denver, 1120 E. 6th Ave.

Daddy’s is launching its Brunch & Bust weekends starting this Pride. Choose one of their brunch menu items which includes bottomless Mimosas, Bellini, and Bloody Mary’s for $20.

The brunch and bust will happen every Saturday and Sunday starting June 15 and there will be extended special hours on Sunday, when Daddy’s will open early so you don’t go to the parade on an empty stomach.

Saturday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Sunday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Pride Happens Here Block Party
Pride and Swagger, 450 E. 17th Ave.

Pride and Swagger will open early and shut down the block to bring you a party like you’ve never seen!

Organizers will be setting up three extra bars, a main stage, and will bring in a food truck as well as providing free drinking games, performances and dancers. Join Jessica L’Whor for a special edition of Queerbust until 4:30 p.m.

After that, there will be a showcase of all the bar’s house events featuring tons of drag artists including Khloe Katz, Jessica L’Whor, Anita Johnson-LeCher, Evelyn Evermoore, Betty Swallows, MANifest Drag Troup and plenty more, who will be taking over the outdoor main stage. Hosts will include local comedians Bobby Love, Mikey Weil and other guests.

The bar will also have plenty of prizes, giveaways, activities and other events all night long to help your Saturday started.

The event begins at noon and ends at closing time.

Rainbow Lightning Release Party & Pride Celebration
Diebolt Brewing Co., 3855 Mariposa St.

Want to taste the rainbow? You don’t have to go for skittles at Diebolt Brewing. They’ll be releasing a tap of 5% ABV fruit ales spanning the colors of the rainbow.

The brewing company will be donating $1 from every four-pack and a portion of their tasting room sales of the Rainbow Lightning Ale that will go directly to One Colorado.

Denver Dyke March

LGBT+ women will rally at 1:30 p.m. at the west steps of the State Capitol with live entertainment and speakers of all kinds to address what they typically don’t hear about in the community or at PrideFest. Then, they will march at 3:30 p.m. from the west steps, around the capitol building and onto Colfax and walk right into PrideFest at Civic Center Park.

Brewer’s Light Pride Parade & Rumpus
Call to Arms Brewing Company, 4526 Tennyson St.

Local craft breweries that were not allowed to participate in the Coors Light Denver Pride Parade to show their support for the LGBT+ craft brewery community came together and decided to make their own.

The parade kicks off at 3 p.m. and will leave from the Grateful Gnome before heading up to the Emporium, finishing at Call to Arms. But the party doesn’t end there: DJ DSRE will be playing some cool beats from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and there will be food, ice cream, and, of course, delicious beer.

Organizers will also be releasing a special beer for the occasion, with proceeds of every single pour going to The Trevor Project, a nonprofit which provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention for LGBT+ youth.

PRIDE Saturday Beer Bust

Join Trade for Denver’s biggest and best Pride beer bust! Feeding Denver's Hungry is proud to be hosting the beer bust for the fourth year, along with the support of Midtowne Spa, who will be keeping your glasses full of beer and your eyes full of candy. All proceeds from event go to purchase food for people in need across Denver.

The event is 21+ and there is no cover fee. It starts at 3 p.m. and goes until 7 p.m.

Daydrank! With Britney during Pride

What have you always wanted to do to an entertainer while they perform?! Now is the time to find out.

Hosted by Jessica L’Whor, drag queen Ursula Major, Fay Ludes and Mae Eden will let you pick out their wig, take their lashes off or make them perform in one heel – hell, even change their song, if you so wish.

One Colorado’s 14th Annual Pink Party

Come celebrate pride on June 15 at One Colorado's 2019 Pink Party — Pride weekend's premier dance fundraiser!

All tickets include entry into the Pink Party with an open bar. Tickets start at just $50 for Pink Party and $70 for Pink Party + Tracks entry. Prices go up $10 at the door.

Prismatic Tracks Pride – GPS, “Gay Pride Saturday”

Tracks is going all out on PrideFest weekend with the GPS Party, featuring special guest DJ Ben Bakson, performances by Miss Shalae, and live music performances by Nikki Valentine plus ten of the hottest GPS dancers from LA and support from DJ Brent Milne and DJ Markie. It’s a world class production you won’t want to miss.

MDC Presents: Pride – The Queer Dance Party

Moon Death Cycles will be presenting a very special, very queer Denver Pride Party! The transgender/genderqueer media collective will be moving the night with fierce tunes, bold breaks and stylized bops!

The event is 21+. Doors open at 8 p.m., with the party starting an hour later. $10 at the door.

Flamingos Gone Wild
X Bar, 629 E. Colfax Ave.

Saturdays during Pride are some of the wildest nights and X Bar is ready to deliver. The entire week at X Bar, the theme is “Miami Vice, Miami Nights” and there will be a heavy emphasis on bright lights and vibrant music. Promising “a night for the books,” X Bar will feature some of the city’s VJs, DJs and Go-Go Dancers.

SNAP 90’s Pride Party with Phi Phi O’Hara

Your favorite 90’s party is back for Pride! Phi Phi O’Hara, or RuPaul’s Drag Race fame, will be in to help ring in the 90’s while you dance the night away.

Denver Sweet welcomes DJ Ron Geronimo coming all the way from Chicago for Pride on Saturday from 9 p.m. to close.

PRIDE After Dark

Join Trade for an “after dark” BDSM event you won’t want to miss out on. Get your beast gear and work up a sweat with resident DJ Craig C as he gets you ready for Matt Stands.

The event is 21+ and there is no cover fee. The party starts at 9 p.m. and ends at closing time.

Pillbox: Queer Overload with Tammie Brown and Meatball
Gladys: The Nosy Neighbor, 500 Santa Fe Drive

Join the folks over at Gladys for Denver’s most ridiculous drag show: Pillbox: Queer Overload. Hosted by Willow Pill and Evelyn Evermoore, the show will have performances by Jessica L’Whor, Heavenly Powers and Khrys’ta Aal.

SUNDAY

Coors Light Denver Pride Parade
Cheesman Park to Civic Center Park in downtown Denver

The Coors Light Denver Pride Parade brings together Colorado’s diverse LGBTQ community in a powerful (and colorful!) display of solidarity and celebration.

The annual parade will leave Cheesman Park at 9 a.m. at 13th Ave. and will go north until reaching Colfax Ave. Then, it will head west until it reaches Civic Center park.

The parade is expected to end by 11 a.m.

The biggest event for the LGBT+ community in Denver is happening Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Civic Center Park.

Madonna – Madame X Official Pride Release Party

Be one of the first people to hear Madonna’s 14th studio album, Madame X, before it’s officially released on June 14 at Trade! The bar will have DJs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. playing tracks from her newest album all day and night. There will also be giveaways courtesy of Live Nation Concerts and Interscope Records throughout the day.

Pride Sunday Brunch + Rainbow Factory Closing Party
Pride and Swagger, 450 E. 17th Ave.

The folks over at Pride and Swagger are taking their wildly popular “Hot Mess Brunch” to the main stage with outside seating and a special Pride menu.

Join Khloe Katz and an All Star Pride cast as they show you what drag brunches are supposed to look like: hot and messy! The bar will have seating for a hundred people outside after the Pride Parade with free admission and an all you can eat special brunch buffet.

Immediately following brunch, the Denver Immersive Opera will be giving a special presentation of their upcoming production of Giovanna's.

The fun starts at 11 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m.

Pride Edition Brunch
Mile High Hamburger Mary’s, 1336 E. 17th Ave.

Jessica L’Whor and Mile High Hamburger Mary’s bring you a special edition of Drag Brunch! There will be performances by Kai Lee Mykels and Evelyn Evermoore.

The show is 21+ and starts at 11 a.m. and goes until 1 p.m.

Glitterita! Pride Release with TFF & Lady Justice Brewing
Lady Justice Brewing, 3845 Lipan St.

Lady Justice Brewing and Transformative Freedom Fund teamed up to create Glitterita! – a strawberry lime poblano glitter gose. Laziz Ya Lebanese Food Truck will also be there, serving tasty treats to patrons.

A dollar from every pint sold will go Transformative Freedom Fund, a Colorado nonprofit that supports the authentic selves of transgender Coloradans by removing financial barriers to transition related healthcare.

The release party begins at noon and goes until 7 p.m.

Massive Pride Block Party // Beer Bust // Official After Party
The Triangle Denver, 2036 N. Broadway

The Triangle is bringing Denver’s biggest Sunday Pride Party to life! It all starts at 2 p.m. on the outside stage with the bar’s resident DJ’s and drag talent, but the party won’t stop there.

Stay for the legendary beer bust at 4 p.m. (price of admission is $10), music from International superstar DJ/producer Paul at 5 p.m., Latrice royal performances and meet and greet, performances by Morgan McMichaels. The whole thing will be hosted by Lacey Vanderpump.

The Official PrideFest after party will be headed by DJ/producer Joe Gauthreaux and surprise performances and appearances, which will start at 9 p.m.

Pride Edition of Drag Roulette

Hosted by Jessica L’Whor and Electra Dupri, you’ll get to direct a special Pride edition of Drag Roulette! From picking the songs, costumes and the challenges throughout the performance, you’ll get to decide how hard those queens work their wigs off to close off Denver Pride.

The roulette starts at 2 p.m. and goes until 4 p.m. It is free of charge.

PRIDE Sunday Beer Bust
Trade, 475 Santa Fe Drive

Join Trade and the Greater Denver Area Sports Association (GDASA) for the best beer bust patio extravaganza in town. Sexy bartenders will be keeping your thirst in check and Trade’s entire DJ crew will keep the tracks spinning so you can dance the afternoon away.

The event is 21+ and there is no price of admission. The fun starts at 3 p.m. and ends at 7 p.m.

Pink Flamingo Pride Bust

Right after the Parade, X Bar will be making their way up the hill of Colfax to get their Pink Flamingo Pride Beer Bust on! There will be special signature Bud Light and Shock Top on tap, as well as some fun activities throughout the night. And, of course, you can’t miss Selena Sundays starting at 7 p.m.

The Pride bust starts at 4 p.m. and ends at 8 p.m.

Club Vinyl has quite the party planned for their Rooftop Sundays Pride Party, beginning with a hand-selected incredible line-up of performers and DJs spinning everything from today’s hits to yesterday’s throwbacks.

There are also drink specials, the club’s famous pickle shots and much more.

The rooftop party begins at 4 p.m. and goes on until closing time. It's $10 for those 21 and over and $20 for those 18+.

DJ Tatiana Productions & Temple Nightclub present the XTRAVAGANZA Denver PrideFest After Party celebrating the LGBTQ+ community.

Featuring celebrity host Ashanti, XTRAVAGANZA is an all-inclusive event in which all genders, races, religions and styles of people are welcome. It is an extravagant, colorful, vibrant atmosphere in which everyone can shine.

There will be body painting, ice luge shots, drinks specials and more.
