Denver Police are searching for a maroon Cadillac after a person was shot in northwest Denver early Saturday morning.
The homeowner was shot around his mid-body section at approximately 6:21 a.m. in the area of West 46th Avenue and Alcott Street. He is expected to survive, according to Denver Police Department spokesperson Sonny Jackson.
Witnesses told officers a possibly maroon Cadillac was seen leaving the shooting scene. Police would only later describe it as a "red vehicle."
Investigators are still working to gather information. No suspect information was immediately available.
