Prosecutors have charged a man accused of two sexual assaults. The Denver District Attorney's Office says Randall E. Hoch, 35, targeted intoxicated young women.
Prosecutors say Hoch, on March 16, befriended a 27-year-old woman who had become intoxicated and separated from her friends, accompanied her home and then sexually assaulted her.
"The investigation led to another victim from an incident in 2013," prosecutors said. "The charges further allege that on June 6, 2013, Hoch took an intoxicated 24-year-old woman to his home without her permission, and then sexually assaulted her."
Hoch is charged with second-degree kidnapping and four counts of sexual assault.
