DENVER -- Colorado Blvd. has reopened near I-70 after a serious crash and fuel spill.
Denver Fire told Denver7 that a car and a semi-trailer collided at Colorado Blvd. and 52nd Avenue Thursday morning.
One person had to extricated and was taken to the hospital. Their condition was not released.
The crash caused a fuel spill.
Colorado Boulevard was closed in both directions at 7:12 a.m. between Vasquez and 48th Avenue for the cleanup and investigation, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.

Northbound Colorado Blvd. reopened at 48th Avenue at 10 a.m.
Southbound Colorado Boulevard reopened at 10:20 a.m.
