A 94-year-old man is suspected of sexually assaulting a 73-year-old acquaintance in her home, the Denver District Attorney's office said Friday.
Robert C. Lehnert, has been charged in connection with a sexual assault that occurred on Jan. 6, Denver DA spokeswoman Lynn Kimbrough said.
Lehnert, who is charged with two counts of sexual assault, was arrested earlier this week and has been released from custody on a $50,000 bond, Kimbrough added. He is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court on Feb. 5.
