COMMERCE CITY, Colo. – At least one person was killed and multiple people were ejected following a rollover crash in Commerce City Thursday evening.
The crash was reported sometime before 6 p.m. in the area of E-470 and 88th Avenue just west of Denver International Airport, the Commerce City Police Department said.
Southbound E-470 was closed for nearly two hours while investigators comb the scene of the crash.
DIA officials tweeted the crash was having “significant impact on traffic in the area.”

Roads were back open by about 7:40 p.m.
Denver7 was not immediately able to confirm the conditions of the four people inside the vehicle at the time of the crash.
