Death investigation underway in Boulder after body found near Pearl Street and Foothills Parkway

Boulder police are conducting a death investigation.

A body was found in a ditch in the 3800 block of Pearl Street, near Foothills Parkway, around 6 a.m. Friday.

Initially, police said the victim was a man, likely in his 30s. However, by around 1:30 p.m. they said his age was closer to 50-years-old. 

Police told Denver7 it appears the man died in the last 24 hours and that there were no sings of foul play.

This is an ongoing investigation.
