Not even the Colorado of Transportation fleet is immune to hazardous, snowy roads.

It happened around 5 a.m. near Sugarloaf Road. Officials shut down Boulder Canyon in both directions.
The plow driver wasn't hurt despite the vehicle landing upside-down in the frigid water. Crews spent about two hours removing the plow from the water and clearing nearby roads.

Boulder Canyon reopened around 9 a.m.
This wasn't the only large vehicle to overturn into water Tuesday. An American Linen supply truck slid down a hill and stopped short before falling into Clear Creek. Hazmat crews responded to that scene on Clear Creek Canyon, 9 miles west of 119. They'll empty the fuel before lifting the truck from the riverbank.
This driver also walked away without injuries.
CSP said fuel didn't affect the water in Boulder Creek, either.
