Burglars smashed their way into seven businesses early Thursday morning.
The first burglary happened at The Phone Store on South Peoria Street, near Parker Road and I-225.
Investigators told Denver7 the burglars took a lot of merchandise from the store.
Then, there was a series of three smash-and-grab burglaries about five miles away on Hampden Avenue, at I-25.
Around 4 a.m., a resident who lives above the businesses called police.
When officers arrived, they found three businesses were hit -- Wahoo's Fish Taco's, Noodles and Omaha Steaks. The businesses are across the street fromthree businesses that were hit Monday.
Three more businesses were hit about a mile away on Hampden Avenue, at Tamarac Drive.
In that case, the burglars hit The Beach, Kim's Wig Botik and Myabi Jr.
Denver7 has exclusive video of one suspect breaking into the wig store. In that case, the man used a rock to break the front glass door.
Police in Denver are investigating more than a dozen smash-and-grab burglaries over the last month.
