The coroner has identified one of the two people killed in a fire at a host home in Arvada early Saturday morning.
Tanya Marie Bell, 39, died from smoke inhalation due to the house fire, according to Jefferson County chief deputy coroner Daniel Pruett.
Bell, and a 4-year-old child who has not been identified yet, died in the fire on Robb Street. Four others were injured.
Scott Parker, Executive Director of Parker Personal Care Homes, said his company bought the home in July of 2002.
"Since January 2014, the two disabled individuals residing in the home have been cared for by the same host home provider," Parker said in a statement sent to Denver7.
A man who did work for Bell said she used a wheelchair and worked at the Pepsi Center.
He called Bell a bright light who was very kind.
"She was a bright person, one of my most favorite customers and we had a great rapport with one another," said Jason Bargas.
Investigators are looking into the cause of the fire.
