Thieves caught on camera stealing over $5K worth of property from Denver garage

DENVER — A surveillance camera was rolling when thieves broke into Denver garage and stole more than $5,000 worth of property.

Police in Denver released the footage Wednesday. It shows three men break into a home’s garage near the intersection of Corona and Dakota streets. 

Police say the burglary occurred early Saturday morning, around 6 a.m. The three men accessed the garage through the alley. 

The thieves were seen coming out of a white Ford Super Duty truck. One was wearing a reflective vest with a Broncos cap. A second man had a bandana partially covering his face. 

The driver’s face was not visible. 

The Denver Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying the three men.
