WESTMINSTER, Colo. -- A stabbing suspect is on the run following an overnight stabbing near Wolff Run Park in Westminster.
At around 3:15 a.m. Saturday, police got reports of the incident near the area of West 78th Avenue and Wolff Court.
Once officers arrived at the scene, they saw a car take off and speed away. Police chased the vehicle for a short time, but according to a Westminster Police spokesperson, the vehicle was driving the stabbing victim to North Suburban Medical Center.
Denver7 was not immediately able to confirm the victim's condition.
A suspect description was also not immediately available.
