Denver police sent out a Crime Stoppers notice Thursday afternoon that asked for the public’s help in finding Estrada-Reyes, who is accused of hitting Karina Pulec, 28, with his truck – killing her – and fleeing the scene in the early-morning hours of Oct. 30.
