BOULDER, Colo. — The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office identified Friday a Corvette driver they say drove recklessly in Boulder County last week.

Deputies say Sean Maloney, 51, nearly caused multiple head-on collisions with other drivers, including a Boulder County Sheriff’s Office deputy, as he drove his yellow Corvette from Lyons to Boulder on Dec. 20.

Later the same day, deputies found the car in a Boulder parking garage, but Maloney was nowhere to found. His car was seized and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Maloney is wanted on numerous charges, including attempted vehicular homicide.

The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office would like to speak to anyone who may have information on his whereabouts. Please contact Sgt. Bill Crist via email at: wcrist@bouldercounty.org , or via phone at: 303-441-3375.
