PARKER, Colo. – Authorities in Parker announced Tuesday that charges will not be filed against a driver involved in crash that left a teen dead.
Rylie Guentensberger was inside the RNK Running & Walking store in Parker on April 29, when the runaway car tore through the entire length of the store, injuring six other people. Rylie succumbed to her injuries about a month later.
Investigators said the crash was related to a medical condition and no charges will be pursued. The name of the driver is not being released.
