ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. – A man is dead and two others were detained for questioning following a drive-by shooting outside a strip club in Adams County early Sunday.
Three people had been reportedly removed from the premises of the Player’s Club, located in the area of West 67th Avenue and Federal Boulevard, sometime at around 2 a.m., according to deputies with the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.
The three men later came back to the club and shots were fired from their vehicle toward armed security on scene.
Armed security returned fire, striking one male who was pronounced dead at the scene. The two other suspects were detained.
One of the remaining suspects was charged with seven counts of attempted homicide with extreme indifference, Adams Count Sheriff’s officials said.
